AvonPunt operates as an independent editorial publication under the laws of England and Wales. The platform produces analysis, comparison, and explanatory content relating to UKGC-licensed sports-betting operators, with a specialist focus on boxing and mixed martial arts markets.

AvonPunt does not hold, nor has it ever held, a UK Gambling Commission operating licence. The platform does not accept bets, process deposits, or manage customer funds. All transactional activity is conducted directly between the consumer and the licensed operator.

Affiliate Relationship Disclosure

AvonPunt participates in affiliate marketing programmes operated by certain UKGC-licensed bookmakers. Scoring Methodology

Each operator is assessed against a 100-point rubric comprising four weighted domains: market depth (30 points), in-play capability (25 points), safer-gambling tooling (25 points), and payout efficiency (20 points). Domain scores are assigned by a designated lead reviewer and independently verified by a secondary reviewer before publication. Any dispute between reviewers is resolved by reference to publicly available UKGC licence data and operator terms-of-service documents.

Scores are reviewed at minimum every six months and following any material change to an operator's product, licence status, or regulatory standing. Operators placed into a UKGC review procedure are flagged immediately on the comparison page pending resolution.

Content Accuracy and Corrections

AvonPunt makes reasonable endeavours to ensure all published information is accurate at the time of writing. Scope of Coverage

AvonPunt covers sports-betting operators licensed by the UK Gambling Commission under the Gambling Act 2005. Coverage is limited to operators that offer boxing and combat sports markets. Operators listed on the UKGC's register of licensed operators who subsequently cease trading, have their licence suspended, or are subject to formal regulatory action are removed from the comparison table without notice.
